Their love story didn't start like most conventional relationships, because they had known each other for years. Kilrea (Tasha's Grandmother house) is where it all started. All the neighborhood boys would come over every weekend to play basketball. Tasha had that young girl crush on Greg but of course to him she was just Tank's and George's little niece. Over the years, Greg would run into Tasha's aunts and uncles and ask how she was doing, and her Uncle Tank would always invite him to come by the house and visit. One time he invited Greg to come by the park on Easter Sunday, Greg couldn't attend due to some other Easter plans. Then the next year, Greg ran into Uncle Tank again at the corner store and Uncle Tank again invited him to the family Easter picnic, and said to Greg "Tasha will be there" this time Greg said, "I'll be there". Tasha had traveled in from Louisiana and had no idea Greg would be there. To both of their surprise, they seemed to have an attraction towards one another and exchanged numbers. However, neither one ever used the number. 5 years later, God called Uncle Tank home and Greg attended the funeral services and this time they were not going to let this opportunity pass them by. So, they made sure they had each other's numbers. 3 years later, on Easter Sunday Greg got on his knees and asked Tasha for her hand in Marriage.
